Executive Coaching & Mentoring
For more than 25 years I’ve had the privilege of working alongside leaders, teams, and organisations across the world. Over that time, I’ve seen first-hand the pressures, opportunities, and turning points that shape careers and businesses. My journey has been about helping people cut through complexity, find clarity, and build the confidence to move forward, lessons I now bring into every coaching and mentoring conversation.
Becoming a coach wasn’t just a career move, it was a deliberate choice to sharpen my practice and hold myself to the highest standards. That’s why I trained and qualified with the AoEC, and gained full accreditation with the EMCC. For me, it’s about precision and trust: making sure the people I work with know they’re in safe hands, guided by someone who is both experienced and professionally grounded.
Before coaching became my focus, I led high-performing technical teams through some of the toughest and most rewarding projects. What I discovered was that the real breakthroughs didn’t come from the technology, they came from people. By mentoring and coaching my teams, I saw individuals grow in confidence, step into leadership, and achieve more than they thought possible. That experience shapes everything I do today.
When you work with me, you’re not just getting a coach or mentor, you’re getting someone who has walked the path of leadership, navigated the challenges of change, and understands the human side of performance. The benefit is a partnership: a safe space to think, to be challenged, and to grow, with practical tools you can put into action straight away. My role is to help you unlock what’s already there — and support you in turning potential into progress.
Qualifications & Accreditations
The following are my current executive coaching and mentoring qualifications and accreditations:
Clarity Through Conversation
I create a safe, reflective space where you can step back, see things differently, and gain fresh awareness. Through open dialogue and deep listening, I help you explore not just the challenges in front of you, but the patterns, perspectives, and choices that shape how you move forward.
A Whole-Person Approach
My style draws on Gestalt principles, which means I pay attention to the whole picture, not just the immediate issue, but the wider context, relationships, and impact. Whether in coaching or mentoring, this way of working brings insight into how you show up, the choices available to you, and how best to use your strengths.
Support with Stretch
I believe real growth happens when support and challenge sit side by side. I’ll encourage and mentor you when you need guidance, and I’ll coach you to question, stretch, and step outside your comfort zone when that’s what drives progress. The result is meaningful, sustainable change you can take into every part of your life and work.
Value for Organisations
Connecting with Me
A large proportion of coaching and mentoring is personal connection.
Outside of my coaching and mentoring work, I’m a husband, dad, runner, explorer, animal lover, and someone who finds energy in the outdoors. Those parts of my life keep me grounded and remind me of the importance of balance, perspective, and curiosity, qualities I bring into my coaching relationships. I believe growth isn’t just about work; it’s about the whole person, and I try to live that in my own life as much as I encourage it in others.
I offer a free 15-minute virtual chemistry session so you can get a feel for how I work and whether coaching or mentoring with me feels like the right fit. It’s a relaxed, informal conversation where we can connect, talk through what you’re looking for, and explore how I might support you. Even online, these short sessions create a genuine sense of connection and often spark the clarity needed to decide on the next step.
