Since earning an MSc in Advanced Computer Science from the University of Manchester in 1998, I’ve delivered solutions across sectors and scales – from global banks and blue-chip enterprises to NGOs, start-ups, and growth brands.

My background spans grid computing, microservices, serverless platforms, and heavily multi-threaded architectures, all built for mission-critical environments where speed, security, and resilience are non-negotiable.

I bring over 25 years of global software engineering, IT architecture, and delivery experience to organisations seeking clarity and momentum. Alongside full project delivery, I also work in fractional roles, providing organisations with the right expertise at the right time, without the need for a full-time commitment.

As a qualified and EMCC-accredited Executive Coach and Mentor, I work with leaders, teams, and individuals to unlock potential, create meaningful change, and grow the next generation of industry leaders.

My approach blends coaching with mentoring, offering both space for reflection and practical guidance from experience. I aim to help clients gain perspective, build confidence, and achieve their goals with purpose and resilience.
